Ele Sale (RCA) has been a fitness professional for nearly 30 years. She is an ACE-Certified Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise, and is also a registered yoga teacher.

Ele’s teaching style is an adaptive Vinyasa Yoga which accommodates chronic conditions and special populations. She believes Yoga is a life practice that provides a mechanism for healing, freedom from suffering, and allows the practitioner to find a balanced and peaceful life both on and off the mat. Ele is a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest living with her husband Kevin and beautiful animal companions.
