Julie Hill is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) and Certified Personal Trainer (ACE). She is also a certified yoga therapist (IAYT) through Functional Synergy, Inc. She completed the RCA in 2018.
A new pathway opened up for Julie when she began practicing yoga. With kids and a career to balance, yoga introduced a feeling of competence—and calm—that spilled into other areas of her life. It was so noticeable that her husband encouraged me to teach it. The idea of sharing yoga and all of its benefits with others has become her passion.
“ I began to realize that true balance comes from within,” she says. “Our thoughts and the stories we tell ourselves actually shape our lives.” This philosophy merged perfectly with the Reembody Method; Julie became an apprentice in 2018, integrating it into her movement practice and auditing a second RCA-20 in 2019.
Julie has a strong background in athleticism, completing a number of triathlons, half marathons and century bike rides. She has also trained in martial arts and kickboxing.
