Larra is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT, CDT).

Larra came to massage after many years of receiving bodywork and finding the freedom in her own body after recovering from an illness that required her to learn to walk and speak clearly again. Since that time she has been fascinated with the body's ability to heal itself, manage chronic pain and receive stress cues through the nervous system. With a keen interest in research and medical massage, she loves the balance of integrated work that includes therapeutic treatment and relaxation. Her view on bodywork is an extension her life's purpose: simply to help people find the freedom in their own bodies to live their best, fullest, most joyous life possible.
