Natasha Whelan is an RCA based out of Barbados; she completed her RCA training as part of a 1000-hour C-IAYT training through Functional Synergy.

In her own words:
I'm a wife, a mother of three, a business owner and dedicated yogi. I am passionate about helping people move and feel better through yoga therapy. I have over 14 years experience as a yoga therapist, teacher and nutrition and health coach. I have made it my life mission to inspire others to embrace the same principles that I live by daily. I want to empower my students to know that it is possible to move with more ease and grace, free from pain. Yoga is fun, liberating and life nourishing.
