About Sue

M.Ed., RYT-200, C-IYAT, RCA

Sue received her Registered Yoga Teacher Certificate in June 2012, and completed a two-year Yoga Therapy certification in 2018. Her passion is helping people get out pain and improve their function so they can get back to living their lives passionately.

Sue completed the RCA-20 in 2018 as part of her Functional Synergy course, which allowed her to expand her knowledge of anatomy, movement, energy, body systems, nervous system regulation and much more, and how these all work in synchronicity with the person and their reasons for living.
