Tiffany is a Registered Nurse and Intuitive Eating Coach. She completed her RCAP coursework in 2019.

As a child, Tiffany always wanted to help people; this led her to a career in nursing, where she enjoyed the helping and connecting with people in crisis. However, Tiffany always felt limited in how much she could help while working in the hospital setting.

Tiffany's personal healing journey led her to find Intuitive Eating. This method dramatically changed her life. She was able to finally heal her relationship with food, as well as her body. She then certified in Intuitive Eating to help others find the same freedom.

In 2019, Tiffany was introduced to The Reembody Method as a means of addressing the back pain with which she had struggled for ten years. After a short series of transformative sessions, her chronic back pain disappeared. Tiffany fell in love with the Reembody Method, particularly the focus on body attunement, or connecting with our body sensations. Her heart said once again: "I need to bring this to others!"

Says Tiffany: "In my practice I marry Intuitive Eating with Reembody through body attunement. Are you ready to heal? I can help. Freedom can be yours!"
