One of the most powerful tools the method has to offer is the ability to predict movement patterns based on the individual’s neurological laterality. By knowing how the dominant and non-dominant sides of the body specialize in their behavior, we can significantly trim the assessment process and focus cues and interventions where they have the greatest impact on our client’s—and our own—health outcomes.
