Anne aims help her patients live happy, healthy, pain-free lives.

Anne is an occupational therapist, certified yoga therapist, and owner/operator of Arise Therapeutics in Albuquerque, NM. She is an artist who became a wellness professional unexpectedly as a result of the extraordinary journey of healing PTSD after nearly dying in an apartment fire when she was 27.
 
While working as an occupational therapist at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, she saw what happens when you ignore tension and pain or think you will do something about it later. As a pediatric OT she became curious about how developmental movement and primitive reflex integration could help neurotypical adults experiencing long standing issues such decreased body awareness, anxiety, and depression. 
 
Merging occupational therapy, yoga, and CranioSacral therapy, Anne created Arise Therapeutics in response to conversations with patients and their caregivers who told her they wanted to get better but didn’t know how.  She says, “I was surprised when, what started out as an intention to provide preventative care for issues like back and hip pain was actually resulting in deep transformation for my clients”
Anne has a gift for blending artistry and science for healing that is powerful, practical, and personalized. Anne became a Reembody-Certified Apprentice in the fall of 2019 and has found The Reembody Method to be the missing link for both herself and clients.
