Charlotte Douglas joined the Reembody Apprentice Program in 2019, completing both Level 1 and Level 2 courses under Kevin Moore. She is certified through Yoga Alliance (RYT) as well as the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), and she has studied under such masters as Dr. Mala Cunningham and Leslie Kaminoff.

Charlotte found Reembody after taking several private sessions from founder Kevin Moore. She saw the appeal of a mindfulness-based practice that also incorporated neuroscience, laterality cueing and elements of cutting-edge psychology. "I am fascinated by the neurobiology of the body and what happens when we connect to our breath and body," she says. "I am in awe of our anatomy and how each and every human body tells a different story."

Charlotte leads a thriving private practice in Hong Kong.
