Clay is a neurosomatic therapist with a keen interest in pain and sensorimotor processing.

Clay grew up in Texarkana, Texas, and have now resided in Clearwater, Florida for two years. He has been attending school and getting exposure to the health and wellness industry for 2 years.

Chronic regional pain while in college first brought Clay to the idea of having a career in health and wellness. His fitness philosophy is to own your own body: to take responsibility to learn how to move, breathe, handle forces, and feel comfortable in your own body. Says Clay: “I never had a defining moment [in my career], but a gradual realization that the system to get people out of pain was completely broken, and that new leaders who were willing to challenge conventional models were needed.”

Clay took an eight-hour course with Reembody Method founder Kevin Moore at his school, the Center for Neurosomatic Studies, in the spring of 2017. Mr. Moore’s instruction exposed him to the ideas of Reembody; Clay appreciates the systematic approach to how one part of the body can affect another based on bone movements and force transmission.
