About Taylor

Taylor is a registered yoga teacher based out of Covington, Washington. Her choice to become a healthcare practitioner was borne from her personal philosophy of joyous movement. "I wanted to help people feel good and happy in their bodies," she says. "Movement should be liberating. Pain doesn't have to hold us back!"

Taylor discovered the Reembody Method at a yoga conference in 2017. She found the approach adaptive, empirically grounded, and easily integrated into her yoga practice (both as a student and a teacher). She appreciates the inclusive and ever-evolving culture within the RCA program, and she continues to be an active member of the Reembody community.
